The popularity of our Red-Holstein daughter-tested sire ANDY-RED is undiminished. More than 100,000 conventional units as well as more than 6,000 sexed units have already been marketed — and there is still no break of the ANDY-RED wave in sight. In addition to countries such as Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and Italy, the Netherlands stands out in particular. According to the December issue of the Dutch magazine Veeteelt, ANDY-RED was the most sold imported Red-Holstein bull in the Netherlands in the last year (September 2021 and August 2023). He achieved this ranking for the second time in a row. This impressive, deep red bull breeds medium-framed cows with a good milk yield and even better components (+0.50% fat and +0.14% protein). He also delivers a very high longevity (RZN 122) and lots of robustness. Exactly those traits that some dairy farmers miss in their herds. Thus, his rare aAa code of 513, his bloodline and the beta-casein variant A2/A2 make him particularly attractive.

These advantages were presented ANDY-RED daughter group at the Rundvee & Mechanisatie Vakdagen in Hardenberg (NL) in November 2022 (photo). Everybody would like to have an ANDY-RED daughter and they fit in every barn. At the regular OHG December auction at the Halle Gartlage in Osnabrueck 14 daughters reached remarkable prices with 300 € above average. And also the top seller of the auction with 4.300 € was — of course — an ANDY-RED daughter.
